Head, Partner Growth VFD (E-commerce)

What you will do

• Define and own the vendor growth and affordability strategy across APAC and Europe.
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of seven across strategy, product, and performance.
• Oversee forecasting, commercial KPI targets, ROI calculators, pitch decks, and data-backed growth playbooks.
• Guide the affordability product roadmap and translate regional performance limitations into prioritized feature rollouts.
• Direct PMO governance, root-cause diagnostics, A/B testing, and scaling initiatives.
• Coordinate central, regional, and local stakeholders while maintaining commercial and P&L accountability.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of progressive leadership experience in strategy consulting, technology, e-commerce, or marketplace environments.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams across strategy, product, and operations.
• Deep knowledge of marketplace dynamics, unit economics, margin management, pricing, and promotional efficiency.
• International experience managing initiatives across multiple countries or regions, ideally APAC and Europe.
• Strong matrix leadership, analytical, operational, and executive communication skills.
