What you will do

• Evaluate outpatient and inpatient patients of all ages using clinical assessments, functional measures, prognoses, and individualized goals.
• Develop, implement, and modify patient-specific treatment programs to support functional progress and long-term outcomes.
• Educate patients and families, adapting communication strategies to maximize engagement and understanding.
• Document clinical findings, treatment plans, and progress accurately in the electronic medical record.
• Complete insurance and third-party payer documentation and provide clinical supervision to new staff or affiliating students when assigned.
• Collaborate with physicians, care teams, and support staff to coordinate effective treatment and maintain a safe patient experience.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current or pending New Hampshire Physical Therapy license required.
• CPR certification.
• Strong time-management, communication, and clinical documentation skills.
• Ability to provide safe patient handling and demonstrate appropriate physical and clinical judgment.
• Outpatient physical therapy experience preferred, with 1–2 years noted.

Nice to have

• Graston Technique experience.
• Lymphedema certification.
• Dry Needling experience.
