Customs Brokerage Agent

Location: El Paso, Texas, United States; onsite, full-time

What you will do

• Receive shipping documents and prepare import and export customs entries in Exp.o Customs.
• Process shipments accurately and on time in accordance with operational and customer procedures.
• Complete accurate data entry in operating systems and monitor exception reports.
• Coordinate customs clearance and proactively communicate shipment issues to customers.
• Invoice customers accurately and provision service-provider charges according to requirements.

Requirements

• Knowledge of the global logistics industry.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Fluent English.
• Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize work, and maintain reliable attendance.
• Professional written and verbal communication and effective collaboration skills.
