AI Solutions & Finance Modeling Lead

Location: Hybrid, three days per week in office at Hudson Yards in New York City or Stamford, Connecticut, with two work-from-home days. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.

Salary: $118,980–$195,465 per year, plus potential incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Design, deploy, and scale AI agents using Claude Cowork, Microsoft Copilot Studio, OpenAI APIs, Azure AI Services, and similar platforms.
• Build conversational finance solutions for natural-language queries, scenario modeling, variance analysis, data collection, consolidation, and reporting.
• Develop RAG systems, predictive forecasting, anomaly detection, sentiment analysis, and AI-generated financial narratives.
• Design and maintain Oracle EPM Planning models, metadata, business rules, calculations, drivers, hierarchies, dashboards, and integrations.
• Test, validate, monitor, and iteratively improve model performance, reliability, and user value.
• Partner with FP&A, Risk, IT, Data Science, and Technology teams while training users and mentoring colleagues on AI tools and human-AI collaboration.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience with AI/ML technologies, LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI agent development.
• Proficiency in Groovy, SQL, data integration tools such as ODI or FDMEE, and familiarity with Python for AI/ML and data analysis.
• Experience with Anthropic, OpenAI APIs, Azure OpenAI Service, Microsoft Copilot Studio, cloud platforms, RAG architectures, and vector databases.
• Knowledge of supervised learning, time-series forecasting, NLP, model evaluation, performance monitoring, AI ethics, bias detection, and responsible AI.
• Strong understanding of FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, regulatory requirements, and financial planning controls.
• Experience with Oracle EPM Planning, PBCS, or EPBCS is preferred but not required; financial services or insurance experience is also preferred.

Nice to have

• Five or more years of hands-on Oracle EPM Planning experience.
• Experience in financial services or insurance.
• Experience with low-code/no-code AI platforms and AI coding assistants such as Amazon CodeWhisperer.
