AI ML Solution Architect & Developer Senior Manager (AI/ML)

Location: Hybrid role based in Los Angeles, New York City, or Washington, DC–McLean, with in-person work in local offices and on client sites. Travel may be required.

Salary: $159,000–$255,000 base annual salary, plus a 14% bonus target. Estimated total cash range: $181,260–$290,700.

What you will do

• Lead the design, development, prototyping, and deployment of end-to-end AI/ML solutions for complex client business problems.
• Build and demonstrate LLM- and generative-AI-powered systems using modern cloud platforms and AI development frameworks.
• Apply security, privacy, authentication, role-based access, encryption, and secure data pipeline practices to production AI applications.
• Establish AI governance practices covering ethical use, transparency, risk management, responsible AI, and audit-ready documentation.
• Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to identify repeatable use cases, develop strategies, and deliver functional prototypes.
• Lead, mentor, coach, and evaluate teams while overseeing project plans, client relationships, proposals, and business development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• At least 7 years of experience in professional services or industry.
• At least 4 years of hands-on experience experimenting with, prototyping, designing, and deploying generative AI technologies.
• Experience with cloud services and infrastructure, including AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Programming experience with Python, R, or SQL and AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or LangChain.
• Experience leading teams, managing client engagements, and delivering security-conscious AI solutions.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with cloud-based AI technologies and platforms.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Azure Solutions Architect certification.
• Experience with Hadoop and Spark.
