Location: Yukon, Oklahoma, USA; onsite

Compensation: Guaranteed draw against commission plus volume bonuses; uncapped commissions and potential for six-figure income.

What you will do

• Sell vehicles and support customers throughout the automotive purchasing process.
• Build customer relationships through strong service and interpersonal communication.
• Work toward sales results using company-provided training and support.
• Collaborate effectively within the dealership team.
• Develop toward roles including Finance and Insurance Manager, Sales Director, General Sales Manager, or General Manager.

Requirements

• At least two years of relevant experience preferred.
• Motivation, initiative, diligence, competitive drive, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Proven customer service skills and strong verbal and written communication.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Neat, clean, and professional appearance.
• Valid driver's license and ability to be insured.
