Personal Injury Full-Cycle Corporate Recruiter

What you will do

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for attorney, legal, operational, and administrative positions.
• Conduct intake meetings, develop sourcing strategies, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and prepare offers.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
• Partner with hiring managers on staffing priorities, market insights, interview feedback, and hiring decisions.
• Maintain job postings, candidate records, recruiting metrics, and reports in SmartRecruiters.
• Ensure compliance with hiring procedures and employment laws while delivering a strong candidate experience.

Requirements

• 4+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience in staffing or corporate HR.
• Experience conducting behavioral-based interviews and managing multiple searches and stakeholders.
• Experience creating and implementing sourcing plans for difficult-to-fill roles.
• Strong recruiting analytics skills and the ability to translate data into action.
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System; SmartRecruiters experience is relevant to the role.
• Authorization to work in the United States is required; employment is contingent on Form I-9 verification.
