Process & Product Engineer (CNC)

Location: Batavia, NY, United States; onsite, full-time

Salary: $75,000–$95,000 per year

What you will do

• Evaluate, validate, and document new and existing manufacturing processes.
• Support the CNC department through programming, setup, and troubleshooting.
• Manage released machines, tools, and processes.
• Create process documentation, including work instructions, box counts, and operator training materials.
• Lead cross-functional teams in developing PFMEA, Control Plans, and Process Flow Diagrams.
• Analyze competing production methods and drive continuous improvement to reduce waste.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing experience in a CNC setting.
• Experience with automated machinery and CNC programming using CAD/CAM software; ESPRIT is preferred.
• Experience with SolidWorks or equivalent 3D modeling software.
• Experience with PFMEA, Process Flow Diagrams, and Control Plans.
• Ability to interpret mechanical drawings, solve complex technical problems, and work in a team setting.
