What you will do

• Design, develop, and validate production tooling, jigs, and fixtures for machining and assembly.
• Create detailed CAD models and engineering drawings for tooling systems.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure process capability and repeatability.
• Analyze production workflows to identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency gains.
• Support DFM initiatives by working closely with design engineering teams.
• Maintain work instructions, SOPs, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards like ISO.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering Discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in tool design or manufacturing engineering.
• Hands-on experience with tooling, fixturing, and CNC machining environments.
• Proficiency in creating detailed engineering drawings.
• Must be able to access U.S. export-controlled information.
