Account Manager

Location: Crewe, England, United Kingdom; office-based at the Crewe office

Salary: up to £26,000 gross per year, plus bonus potential and core benefits.

What you will do

• Manage and develop robust relationships with some of the largest customers.
• Represent hirify.global for a portfolio of more than 800 customers.
• Develop and execute account management plans focused on customer growth and profitability.
• Advise customers on fuel needs, EV adoption, charging solutions, fuel types, and energy efficiency.
• Promote consultative, solution-led selling across hirify.global's product suite.
• Identify customer needs, adapt communication methods, and support wider strategic objectives.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or account management.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Proven strategic thinking and planning ability.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to work from the Crewe office in the United Kingdom.
