What you will do

• Manage sales activity, lead generation, and complex customer pipelines through a structured sales process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders across multiple organizational levels.
• Lead service reviews, account health checks, customer engagement meetings, and feedback-driven improvement initiatives.
• Develop customer experience plans and identify opportunities to provide additional value.
• Provide line management support and contribute to employee engagement and communication initiatives.
• Support operational administration, including resource tracking, reporting, purchase orders, invoicing, holiday planning, and workforce administration.

Requirements

• Account management experience, preferably in IT services or the energy industry.
• Experience managing complex pipelines, structured sales processes, and customer experience projects.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, commercial, and strategic thinking skills.
• Experience managing budgets and teams, including line management.
• Degree qualification or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in renewables and utilities markets is advantageous.
