Cathodic Protection Technician (Corrosion Control)

Location: Anchorage, Alaska, USA; full-time at the Anchorage office

What you will do

• Perform cathodic protection surveys for pipelines, docks, and other structures.
• Support indirect pipeline and facility piping inspections, including CIS, DCVG, and ACVG.
• Assist with repairs to test stations, rectifiers, and RMUs.
• Support cathodic protection system installations.
• Locate pipelines and perform depth-of-cover surveys.
• Perform atmospheric corrosion inspections.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of field survey experience.
• Ability to travel, perform field work, and work overtime.
• Valid driver's license and a driving record meeting Coffman's requirements.
• TWIC card or eligibility to obtain a TWIC.
• Strong organization, writing, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Nice to have

• NACE CP2 Technician certification or higher.
• College degree.
• Oil and gas or water/wastewater experience.
