Supply Chain Analytics Manager

Location: East Syracuse, NY, USA

Salary: USD 90,000–130,000 per year, plus a target 10% profit-sharing bonus.

What you will do

• Lead the ISS Division’s end-to-end supply chain analytics strategy, KPI architecture, reporting governance, and performance measurement.
• Develop executive dashboards for delivery, material availability, inventory turns, forecast accuracy, supplier performance, and procurement costs.
• Support the monthly SIOP process through demand planning, consensus forecasting, supply-demand balancing, risk assessment, and leadership decision-making.
• Build models and decision-support tools for revenue at risk, supply constraints, capacity exposure, forecast accuracy, and scenario analysis.
• Deliver procurement and supplier analytics, including spend analysis, PPV tracking, lead-time performance, supplier scorecards, and cost-reduction measurement.
• Build SAP-based data pipelines and reporting structures while driving data governance, predictive analytics, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 5–7+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, business intelligence, or operations analytics.
• Experience building dashboards, KPIs, and analytics for business decision-making.
• Strong proficiency with SQL, Excel, and business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience with ERP/MRP data in a manufacturing environment and strong stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• SAP experience, including supply chain-related data.
• Experience with forecasting, inventory optimization, or SIOP analytics.
• Experience with Python, R, or similar tools.
• Background in semiconductor equipment, precision instruments, medical devices, aerospace/defense, or other complex manufacturing environments.
