Reporting & Analytics Professional

Location: Based at the Irvine, California corporate headquarters with the opportunity to work a few days remotely per week.

Salary: USD $85,800–$137,300 per year

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reporting solutions for business performance and KPI visibility.
• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Translate stakeholder reporting requirements into actionable analytics solutions.
• Communicate analytical findings and recommendations to business audiences.
• Query, validate, and combine data from multiple organizational sources.
• Apply statistical concepts, forecasting methodologies, and data-quality processes to support planning and operational improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, statistics, data science, business analytics, computer science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or a related analytical role.
• Strong experience querying and analyzing large datasets with SQL, including SQL Server, GCP/BigQuery, or similar platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar data visualization and business intelligence tools.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
