Salary: $200,000–$250,000 annually

What you will do

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve daily, monthly, and annual targets.
• Forecast retail unit sales across new and used vehicle departments.
• Train and mentor sales personnel while establishing performance benchmarks.
• Monitor sales activity, analyze performance metrics, and prepare management reports.
• Track industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity.
• Handle customer escalations and resolve issues professionally and promptly.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of dealership General Sales Manager experience preferred.
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and identify improvement opportunities.
• Experience with VinSolutions and vAuto.
