Executive Director of Sales (Automotive SaaS)

Location: Remote — United States or Canada; approximately 30% travel to customer sites.

Salary: $148,200–$237,100 USD annually, plus eligible performance-based commission.

What you will do

• Acquire dealer groups and close enterprise multi-rooftop deals.
• Own the full sales cycle from pipeline development through contract close.
• Lead high-value discovery conversations focused on dealer operational pain points, including BDC, service, and call handling.
• Manage pricing, commercial negotiations, contracts, pilots, and pilot-to-paid conversion.
• Build relationships with dealer principals, general managers, and service heads.
• Support key demos and pilots and represent hirify.global at industry events and forums.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in automotive or dealer SaaS sales.
• Experience closing enterprise or group-level deals.
• Strong discovery, negotiation, relationship-building, and full-cycle sales skills.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States or Canada.
• Ability to travel approximately 30% to customer sites.
