Sr. Manager, International Logistics

Location: West Los Angeles, California, USA. Hybrid schedule with in-office attendance required Monday through Wednesday and remote work available Thursday and Friday.

Salary: USD 130,000–145,000 per year, with a possible discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Lead international logistics and customer service operations across Asia, Australia, Europe/Middle East, and Latin America.
• Manage, coach, and develop four regional leaders and coordinate performance across geographically dispersed teams.
• Oversee warehousing, drayage, outbound transportation, order fulfillment, and customer service for more than 65 international markets.
• Ensure customs clearance execution and compliance with local regulations across international markets.
• Partner with Planning, Sales, and Finance on demand alignment, stakeholder coordination, and logistics budget management.
• Resolve service disruptions and customer escalations while driving continuous improvement, performance measurement, and operational readiness for new markets.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in international logistics, customer service, or global supply chain operations.
• Experience leading remote and geographically dispersed teams, including direct reports across multiple regions.
• Strong knowledge of international order fulfillment, warehousing, transportation, customer service, customs clearance, and compliance.
• Experience managing logistics budgets and executing operations at scale in support of business growth.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
