Corporate IT Sourcing Manager

What you will do

• Lead, develop, and mentor a team of IT sourcing professionals.
• Develop and execute category management and strategic sourcing strategies across the global Digital Technology portfolio.
• Lead complex negotiations for software licensing, SaaS, cloud services, infrastructure, cybersecurity, telecommunications, hardware, managed services, and professional services.
• Manage strategic supplier relationships, competitive sourcing events, RFPs, RFQs, supplier evaluations, selections, and contract execution.
• Drive cost savings, value creation, risk mitigation, supplier performance improvements, and compliance with procurement governance.
• Present sourcing strategies, commercial options, market intelligence, and recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, information technology, finance, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of progressive experience in sourcing, procurement, category management, or strategic supply management, including technology spend categories.
• At least 3 years of people leadership, supervisory, or management experience.
• Experience with software, SaaS, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, telecommunications, infrastructure, hardware, and technology services procurement.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, financial, commercial, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of software licensing, data privacy, governance, usage rights, contract terms, supplier economics, and technology industry trends.

Nice to have

• Professional certification such as CPSM, C.P.M., CSCP, or equivalent.
• Experience sourcing AI, automation, data platforms, and other emerging technologies.
