IT Procurement Manager

hirify.global is establishing Trinzic as an independent public company through the planned separation of its Mission Technology Solutions business.

What you will do

• Develop and execute sourcing and category strategies for software, SaaS, cloud services, cybersecurity, telecommunications, hardware, and technology services.
• Lead supplier evaluations, RFI/RFP/RFQ processes, commercial negotiations, contract awards, and enterprise agreement management.
• Manage strategic technology suppliers, performance reviews, governance activities, issue resolution, and risk mitigation.
• Advise IT leadership and partner with Cybersecurity, Finance, Legal, Risk Management, Enterprise Architecture, Digital Transformation, and business stakeholders.
• Drive spend analysis, procurement transformation, process improvements, reporting, dashboards, and adoption of procurement technologies.
• Lead, mentor, and oversee procurement professionals and category specialists.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 8 years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, IT procurement, vendor management, contract negotiation, technology category management, or a related function.
• At least 5 years of leadership, supervisory, or team management experience.
• Experience negotiating enterprise software licensing, SaaS, cloud services, cybersecurity, telecommunications, and technology services agreements.
• Advanced knowledge of sourcing, category management, supplier relationship management, contract negotiation, financial analysis, spend management, and total cost of ownership evaluation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, procurement platforms, spend analytics tools, contract management solutions, and supplier management systems.

Nice to have

• 10+ years of experience in technology procurement, strategic sourcing, and supplier management.
• Experience with global organizations, IT vendor management, Software Asset Management, Technology Asset Management, or FinOps programs.
• Knowledge of Deltek, SAP, Oracle, Ariba, Coupa, ServiceNow, Workday, or similar enterprise platforms.
• CPSM, CPM, CPSD, CSCP, PMP, ITAM, SAM, FinOps Certified Practitioner, or equivalent certification.
• Experience negotiating enterprise agreements with major technology providers such as Microsoft, AWS, Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, Adobe, ServiceNow, Google Cloud, Workday, and IBM.
