Strategic Sourcing Spec Sr

Location: Primarily office-based in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, or Birmingham, AL, with regular office or field attendance; limited remote work may be allowed at the manager's discretion.

Base salary: $75,000–$125,000 per year, plus incentive compensation based on company, business, and individual performance.

What you will do

• Manage RFx events from initial ideation through contract execution.
• Research, evaluate, negotiate, and select suppliers for goods and services.
• Request and review complex vendor proposals and negotiate pricing and contractual terms.
• Develop supplier, deal, category, and operational strategies, along with financial analyses and sourcing artifacts.
• Manage multiple projects across Risk, Fraud, Business Resilience, Supply Chain Operations, and other business areas.
• Facilitate project progress and steering committees, and report strategic alignment to executive leadership.

Requirements

• Regular office or field attendance is required in Pittsburgh, Cleveland, or Birmingham.
• Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education, certification, and experience.
• 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience.
• Experience with technology platforms supporting supply chain processes, including ERP, source-to-pay, and risk management systems.
• Experience sourcing technology products and services such as software, SaaS, and network solutions.
• Effective communication, negotiation, problem-solving, process management, and procurement skills.
