Operations Supervisor - 2nd Shift (Warehouse Distribution)

Location: Onsite in Fort Wayne, Indiana, United States. Monday–Friday, 4:30 p.m.–1:00 a.m.; overtime as needed.

Hiring salary range: $65,224–$82,466 annually.

What you will do

• Organize resources and allocate staffing based on department volume requirements.
• Analyze shift performance indicators, identify deviations from operating standards, and take corrective action.
• Engage associates and maintain collaboration across teams and departments.
• Maintain payroll records, including daily data entry in KRONOS, and contribute to operations status reports.
• Interview and select associates for hiring or promotion, and train or oversee training for new and existing associates.
• Provide performance counseling, including termination when associates do not meet minimum expectations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 3 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse or related industry environment.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience.
• At least 6 months of experience involving walking, standing, lifting and carrying, pushing and pulling, bending, reaching, typing, and other physical warehouse activities.
• Ability to work the required second-shift schedule onsite in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

• Hands-on experience with inbound, outbound, and inventory operations.
