Finance Manager, Optimization & Consolidations

Location: Arlington, Virginia, United States

Salary: $120,000–$140,000 per year

What you will do

• Coordinate FP&A operations, including schedules, work plans, and cross-functional processes.
• Develop and communicate timelines for budgeting and forecasting cycles.
• Build strong working relationships with internal and external business partners.
• Organize financial models, reports, templates, and related documentation with accurate version control.
• Identify process improvements and standardize workflows for budgeting, forecasting, and investments.
• Lead ad hoc analyses and special projects supporting strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 7 years of direct experience in FP&A, business analytics, corporate finance, or strategic finance.
• Experience in program or project management, including developing project schedules and using project management tools.
• Strong analytical skills, knowledge of GAAP, and experience with trend and variance analysis.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems such as Oracle or SAP, and workflow or analysis tools such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or Alteryx.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Salesforce, Workday, or similar systems.
• Experience in a subscription-based business.
