What you will do

• Manage comprehensive schedules and timelines for budget and forecasting cycles across cross-functional teams.
• Establish and maintain a structured organizational system for financial models, reports, and process documentation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend best practices to increase financial efficiency.
• Drive and manage ad-hoc special projects and strategic initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong business partner relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure accuracy and version control for all financial templates and related documents.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 7+ years of direct experience in FP&A, business analytics, or corporate finance.
• Proven knowledge of Project Management Principles and methodologies.
• Demonstrated expertise in GAAP and financial analysis tools like trend and variance analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana).
• Experience with large integrated ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and workflow tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI).

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Salesforce or Workday.
• Experience working in a subscription-based business model.
