Professional Services Procurement Category Manager

What you will do

• Define and lead the Professional Services procurement strategy, governance model, and multi-year roadmap.
• Manage sourcing across HR, Legal, Finance, Consulting, Audit, Tax, and advisory services.
• Negotiate contracts and terms to deliver cost savings, process optimization, and long-term value.
• Build spend taxonomy, dashboards, KPIs, and data-driven business cases.
• Advise senior stakeholders and the Executive Leadership Team while challenging supplier relationships constructively.
• Establish supplier governance, performance management, executive reviews, innovation, and rationalization processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Indirect Procurement within a global organization of comparable size and complexity.
• Significant experience managing Professional Services categories, including Consulting, Legal, HR, Audit, and Tax.
• Experience building a category from low procurement maturity and delivering measurable value.
• Strong contract negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, commercial judgment, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence C-suite and senior stakeholders without formal authority and lead change in an ambiguous environment.
• C1-level English required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Procurement, or a related field.
