Manager, Sourcing

Location: San Francisco, California, United States; on-site

Compensation: $130,000–$157,000 per year plus bonus and Restricted Stock Units

What you will do

• Own sourcing strategies for corporate services, including IT, Finance, Legal, HR, People, and Travel.
• Manage the procurement lifecycle from market analysis and strategy development through contract negotiation and supplier performance management.
• Partner with corporate leaders to deliver value, mitigate risk, and establish effective supplier relationships.
• Lead Sourcing Specialists and support the expansion of the corporate procurement team.
• Analyze spend, develop category strategies with measurable savings, and drive continuous improvement.
• Negotiate contracts and manage suppliers to optimize cost, quality, and service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in category management or procurement focused on indirect and corporate services.
• Track record of developing category strategies with measurable cost savings.
• Strong contract negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
• Excellent spend analysis, problem-solving, stakeholder partnership, and influencing abilities.
• Hands-on experience with procure-to-pay systems such as Coupa, Zip, or SAP Ariba.

Nice to have

• Experience in a high-growth technology or startup environment.
• Expertise in professional services, facilities, or enterprise technology categories.
• MBA or a relevant professional certification such as CPSM.
