SI&OP Manager (Automotive)

Annual base pay: $114,612–$203,335 USD

What you will do

• Manage SI&OP Analysts supporting multiple hirify.global business units.
• Standardize SI&OP processes and drive continuous improvement across business functions.
• Develop demand forecasts and forecast models using sales data, market insights, trends, and documented adjustments.
• Monitor inventory levels and align procurement, production, and fulfillment with customer demand.
• Resolve imbalances between demand, inventory, and operations plans with cross-functional teams.
• Manage monthly SI&OP cycles and report KPIs including forecast accuracy, inventory turns, service levels, and production and procurement performance.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or business management, preferably in SI&OP or demand planning.
• 2+ years of management experience in supply chain, logistics, or business management is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, operations, finance, data analytics, or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical, forecasting, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or data analysis tools such as SmartSheets, Tableau, Alteryx, or scripting tools.
• Permanent authorization to work in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a startup environment and building tools and processes as the company grows.
• Hands-on familiarity with warehousing, material management, business planning, and financial implications.
