Manager, Growth Marketing

What you will do

• Lead growth projects and initiatives across core business verticals.
• Analyze user behavior and identify opportunities to expand active users and improve business performance.
• Design end-to-end demand generation strategies and coordinate high-impact marketing campaigns.
• Monitor marketing efficiency through weekly and monthly business reviews, diagnose performance gaps, and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate Taiwan teams with regional CRM stakeholders on user segmentation and lifecycle campaigns.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, business analytics, or strategy.
• Fluent English and Mandarin.
• Strong structured thinking and the ability to solve complex business problems using data.
• Ability to turn raw data into clear narratives for senior stakeholders.
• Strong ownership and ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in SQL.

Nice to have

• Experience in e-commerce, food delivery, or technology startups.
• Proficiency in Tableau.
