is a global materials science manufacturer specializing in labeling, packaging, bonding, apparel, and RFID materials and solutions.
What you will do
- Manage existing customer accounts and identify new business opportunities to grow sales and profit contribution.
- Promote products by applying consultative selling skills and building relationships across customer organizations.
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance and Technical Support to resolve customer technical issues.
- Monitor market intelligence, regional trends, competitor activity, and pricing movements.
- Support timely customer collections and prepare sales forecasts, complaint reports, and other internal and customer reports.
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, or an equivalent field.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
- Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Demonstrated account-management experience and the ability to develop new business opportunities.
- Willingness to travel regularly within the region and manage multiple accounts.
Nice to have
- Experience in packaging, chemicals, ink, labels, digital printing, die cutting, or manufacturing.
- Ability to perform effectively as responsibilities expand.
