What you will do

• Drive business development and market share expansion in the assigned territory.
• Engage with end-users across diverse industrial verticals to identify opportunities and generate demand.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers at operational, technical, and management levels.
• Coordinate with channel partners for technical proposals, quotation support, and order execution.
• Maintain accurate opportunity documentation and CRM data in SFDC.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to develop actionable growth strategies.

Requirements

• Must be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
• Proven experience in business development or sales within industrial sectors.
• Strong ability to manage channel partners and coordinate complex commercial transactions.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, specifically SFDC.
• Ability to travel and meet weekly customer visit targets.
• Strong communication skills for value-based selling and technical proposal coordination.
