Resident Relations Specialist - Olde Towne

Location: Raleigh, NC, USA; onsite community-based role

Salary: $18.00–$21.00 per hour plus monthly lease renewal commissions

What you will do

• Manage resident complaints, service issues, policy violations, and questions, coordinating with appropriate staff to resolve concerns.
• Manage the full lease renewal process, including resident communications, renewal finalization, and retention monitoring.
• Support move-out processes, notices to vacate, resident transfers, and move-in and move-out inspections.
• Assist residents with rent payments, service requests, parcel deliveries, parking registration, and pet registration.
• Send resident communications and coordinate community functions.

Requirements

• At least two years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment such as property management, hospitality, retail, restaurants, or sales.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to consistently meet and exceed sales goals.
• Goal-driven, adaptable, collaborative, and capable of solving problems in a changing environment.
• Flexible schedule with availability during office hours, including possible weekends and seasonal schedule variations.
• Reliable transportation and proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
