Trainer | Development and Implementation (IT)

What you will do

• Develop training curricula and instructional materials for information technology initiatives.
• Deliver training sessions for end users and IT services staff.
• Create documentation, job aids, and e-learning support materials.
• Support transitions and user adoption during implementation rollouts.
• Document lessons learned and work closely with business analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in education, information technology, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in technical training.
• Experience with instructional design and clear stakeholder communication.
• Knowledge of Canvas and Zoom platforms.
• Patience, adaptability, organization, and the ability to work across projects and initiatives.
• Ability to use business tools including Microsoft Office and to quickly learn additional tools as needed.
