Civil Engineering Intern

Location: Raleigh, NC, United States; in-person attendance is required and candidates must be able to reliably commute to the office.

What you will do

• Learn and apply the fundamentals of civil engineering design.
• Support commercial, residential, industrial, and manufacturing facility site design.
• Work on grading, drainage, and stormwater management design.
• Contribute to utility infrastructure and erosion control design.
• Collaborate in a multidisciplinary engineering setting.

Requirements

• Be enrolled full-time in an engineering program at an accredited college.
• Have completed two years of required undergraduate engineering coursework.
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Have an understanding of AutoCAD.
• Be able to work up to 40 hours during school breaks, with flexibility for academic demands.
• Be able to attend the Raleigh office in person and commute reliably.
