Lien Negotiator Team Lead

Location: Onsite at the Miami Lakes, Florida office 5 days a week; working hours are 8:30 AM–5 PM EST.

What you will do

• Lead onboarding, training, mentoring, and coaching for the Reductions team.
• Monitor productivity, KPIs, workflow performance, and team accountability.
• Conduct case file and call audits to support quality and compliance.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for leadership.
• Identify process improvements and support operational efficiency.
• Promote teamwork, high performance, and service excellence.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in personal injury reductions, lien resolution, medical bill reductions, or settlement closing within a plaintiff personal injury law firm.
• At least 1 year of experience leading, training, mentoring, or supervising team members.
• Bilingual English and Spanish proficiency required.
• Strong experience with case management software, reporting tools, and productivity tracking metrics.
• Employment requires authorization to work in the United States and completion of Form I-9 verification.

• Experience with Litify or Salesforce.
