Litigation Paralegal

Location: On-site at the Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, United States

What you will do

• Manage litigation and pre-litigation matters, organizing files and tracking deadlines.
• Support new legal claim intake by gathering information, assisting investigations, and preparing insurance reports.
• Prepare responses to subpoenas and other document requests.
• Coordinate communication with vendors, contractors, insurers, and brokers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and a paralegal certificate.
• 5+ years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work on-site at the Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin headquarters.
