What you will do

• Set up, operate, and monitor industrial presses to produce parts and components.
• Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and production schedules.
• Perform quality checks and maintain accurate production and material-usage records.
• Carry out basic maintenance and troubleshoot press equipment.
• Follow safety procedures, maintain an organized work area, and report equipment or production issues.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet production goals and deadlines.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience operating industrial presses and related equipment; previous press-operator experience is preferred.
• Basic mechanical skills and ability to perform routine maintenance.
• Ability to interpret work orders, blueprints, and production schedules.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and safety procedures, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
