Logistics Transportation Specialist

Location: 580 Opperman Dr, Eagan, MN 55123, USA; full-time, onsite schedule from 09:00 to 18:00, Monday-Friday.

Salary: USD 22–24 per hour, with potential bonus eligibility after the first year of continuous employment.

What you will do

• Manage a customer portfolio, including transportation bookings, delivery scheduling, and shipment coordination.
• Track and trace truck transportation shipments across Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota, and South Dakota.
• Coordinate cargo deliveries into the Minneapolis market with customers, service providers, receivers, and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate and timely operational system updates, documentation, customer billing, and service-provider invoicing.
• Communicate delays, resolve delivery challenges independently, and maintain strong customer and supplier relationships.
• Meet company procedures, KPI targets, and US compliance standards.

Requirements

• Approximately two years of logistics experience or equivalent training.
• Associate or bachelor's degree.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Availability for the 09:00-18:00 Monday-Friday onsite schedule in Eagan, Minnesota.
