Logistics Operations Management (Control Tower) - Bilingual (English/Korean)

Location: Santa Ana, California, USA. Travel within the U.S. of up to 20% is required.

Compensation: USD 32–35 per hour

What you will do

• Manage daily control tower operations across drayage, rail, transloading centers, warehouses, and OTR transportation.
• Monitor shipment movement and transportation performance, resolving operational issues proactively.
• Develop operational reports, KPI dashboards, and executive presentations for management, customers, and headquarters.
• Analyze transportation data to identify risks, service failures, trends, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Manage logistics partners and carrier performance reviews while driving service improvements and customer satisfaction.
• Lead transportation optimization, process improvement, automation, standardization, contract review, and new logistics program implementation initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Bilingual English and Korean proficiency required.
• 8+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain.
• Strong experience with drayage, rail transportation, transloading, warehouse operations, OTR transportation, ocean shipping, and North American transportation networks.
• Experience managing transportation vendors, carrier performance, customer relationships, and cross-functional operational issues.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel data analysis, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and PowerPoint; experience leading and developing team members is required.

• Experience with TMS, WMS, ERP, or logistics visibility platforms.
