What you will do

• Develop and execute marketing initiatives across digital, print, website, email, and social media channels.
• Manage LinkedIn-focused social media strategy and use AI-powered tools to improve efficiency, engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness.
• Coordinate marketing projects, proposals, presentations, property campaigns, websites, and other client-facing deliverables.
• Partner with brokers, research, and marketing professionals on data-driven strategies, market insights, presentations, and pursuit materials.
• Present marketing recommendations to clients and participate in client meetings.
• Manage marketing budgets and coordinate events, property tours, open houses, photography, and branded promotional materials.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat.
• Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills with careful attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet competing deadlines, and perform effectively under pressure.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent education, training, and professional experience.
• Full-time, in-office work with regular onsite collaboration is required.
• Applicants must already be authorized to work full-time in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
