Senior Expert / Lead Expert Plant Readiness (Automotive)

Location: Sousse, Tunisia

What you will do

• Conduct plant-level maturity assessments for industrialization and de-industrialization projects.
• Prepare plants and organizations to take over product volumes and projects from sister plants.
• Develop executable production transfer plans aligned with timelines, milestones, and budgets.
• Partner with plant leadership to identify risks and implement sustainable improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate action plans involving line balancing, shopfloor management, and Run@Rate studies.
• Manage urgent operational situations, resolve customer complaints through data-driven analysis, and report progress, milestones, and risks.

Requirements

• University degree and at least five years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Experience in manufacturing transformation, industrialization, production transfers, operational excellence, or an automotive Tier 1 environment.
• Knowledge of production restructuring, greenfield or brownfield management, manufacturing processes, shopfloor management, and continuous improvement.
• Strong project management, business case preparation, portfolio management, risk assessment, financial analysis, KPI monitoring, and data visualization skills.
• Advanced MS Office skills, knowledge of reporting tools and what-if analysis, and a structured, analytical approach.
• English at C1 level is mandatory. Willingness to travel internationally is required.
