Project Delivery Specialist (French-fluent)

Location: Remote from Portugal, onsite, or hybrid in Coimbra, Portugal; in-person meetings at the Coimbra office are expected when required, with a minimum average of once a week.

What you will do

• Own delivery for French-speaking clients from project kickoff through steady-state operation.
• Coordinate hirify.global teams, clients, stakeholders, and assigned field teams to support successful implementations.
• Coordinate onsite activities, vehicle availability, client depot compliance, travel, accommodation, materials, and other deployment logistics.
• Gather and validate technical information required before deployment and maintain project documentation and quality standards.
• Track project expenses and manage delivery budgets.
• Identify, onboard, and manage external installation partners while monitoring their performance and installation quality.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of project management or a similar customer-facing stakeholder coordination role.
• Experience in operations management, account management, client delivery, field services, logistics, or coordinating people, sites, or equipment.
• French at C1 level and English at B1 level minimum.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, communication skills, independence, and ability to work under pressure.
• Process-oriented approach and the ability to adapt to changing client-site, vehicle-availability, and depot-compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in Excel.

Nice to have

• Experience with Jira.
• Comfort using AI tools in daily work.
• PMP certification.
• Background in automotive or a related industry.

Hiring process
