Fundamentals Clinical Faculty (Part-Time) - Manchester, NH

Location: Manchester, New Hampshire, USA; teaching is onsite in a clinical setting with clinical partners. The schedule most commonly consists of 12-hour rotations from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. for three to four consecutive days.

Compensation: $1,120–$7,245 per assignment, depending on education and experience.

What you will do

• Teach fundamental nursing skills, including health promotion, rehabilitation, and basic professional nursing practice.
• Plan clinical experiences and directly supervise nursing students delivering patient care.
• Evaluate student performance against course objectives and provide documented feedback and remediation.
• Prepare clinical assignments aligned with students’ knowledge, skills, and learning needs.
• Maintain knowledge of clinical partner policies and coordinate with agency staff, course coordinators, administrators, and faculty.
• Support curriculum development, assessment, retention initiatives, and student satisfaction efforts.

Requirements

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Nursing from a regionally accredited college or university.
• Unencumbered professional nursing license in New Hampshire.
• At least two years of professional registered nurse experience within the last five years in the area of instruction.
• Illinois RN license required to teach all courses; course assignments prioritize professors currently licensed in Illinois.
• Passion for nursing, education, and lifelong learning, with strong subject-matter expertise and written and verbal communication skills.
• Teaching or precepting experience is preferred but not required.
