Clinic Medical Assistant (MA-C) - Geriatric Nurse Practitioner Program - Full Time (40 hours/week)

Location: Ellensburg, Washington, USA; work involves travel to patient homes and care facilities

Salary: USD 21.91–33.22 per hour, based on applicable experience. Career progression tiers offer higher wage ranges up to USD 39.02 per hour.

What you will do

• Support the assigned provider in delivering care to geriatric patients in homes and residential care facilities.
• Obtain vital signs and collect laboratory specimens.
• Administer injections and medications within the MA scope of practice.
• Verify and update patient medical records for completeness.
• Refill medications and notify patients or caregivers of test results.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Certified Medical Assistant program and currently licensed in Washington State.
• Current BLS card for Healthcare Providers.
• Previous exposure to an electronic medical records system.
• Current Washington State driver’s license and valid automobile liability insurance.
• Reliable transportation to patient homes.

Nice to have

• Bilingual certification in English and Spanish.
• Previous experience working as a Medical Assistant.
