Roving Building Engineer

What you will do

• Perform preventive and necessary maintenance on building mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Complete most repairs and ensure building systems operate efficiently.
• Respond to client requests, prioritize and complete work orders, and follow up to minimize downtime.
• Maintain the safety of clients and their properties.
• Respond to after-hours and weekend emergencies while on call.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of building or property maintenance or engineering experience.
• CFC Certification or the ability to obtain it.
• Working knowledge of HVAC maintenance, electrical, plumbing, and building mechanical equipment.
• Valid driver’s license and a clear motor vehicle record.
• Any licenses required by the building or local jurisdiction.
• Current authorization to work full time in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
