Mental Health Clinical Faculty (Part-Time): Manchester, NH

Location: Onsite in Manchester, New Hampshire, USA, at clinical partner locations

Compensation: $560–$7,245 per assignment, depending on the credit hour assigned to the course.

What you will do

• Teach mental-health nursing in onsite clinical settings, typically through 12-hour rotations from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. for three to four consecutive days.
• Plan clinical experiences and directly supervise students providing nursing care to individuals or groups.
• Evaluate student performance against course objectives and provide documented feedback.
• Prepare clinical assignments aligned with students' knowledge, competencies, and learning needs.
• Support student remediation and maintain current knowledge of clinical agency policies and procedures.
• Grade written coursework and communicate student or agency concerns to the course coordinator and academic leadership.

Requirements

• Master's or doctoral degree in Nursing from a regionally accredited college or university.
• Unencumbered professional nursing license in New Hampshire.
• At least two years of professional registered-nurse experience within the last five years in the area of instruction.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and subject-matter expertise in nursing.
• Passion for nursing education, lifelong learning, and supporting students and colleagues.
• An Illinois nursing license is required before accepting a clinical contract for a given session.
