Process Engineer (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Develop, configure, and optimize industrial processes from inception through start-up and certification.
• Analyze process data, identify trends, troubleshoot operational issues, and propose continuous-improvement solutions.
• Design, test, run, and upgrade systems while maintaining health, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Provide technical support, training, and standard operating procedures to production teams.
• Perform risk assessments, process simulations, and cost estimations for manufacturing operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in process engineering or a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with process simulation software and CAD.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Must hold a valid working permit in Malaysia.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Six Sigma or lean manufacturing principles.
