Automotive Service Manager

Location: 17875 Oakmont Drive, Omaha, Nebraska, United States; onsite role in Gretna/Omaha area

Salary: USD 120,000–150,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead daily shop operations and oversee office and shop personnel.
• Guide guests through the repair process and serve as the primary communication interface before, during, and after service.
• Develop and review estimates and work orders, direct Service Writers, and assign work to technicians.
• Ensure quality parts, workmanship, equipment readiness, technician resources, and guest satisfaction.
• Manage service sales, workflow, revenue, profit margins, reconciliations, audits, and reporting.
• Open and close the store, enforce policies, and address employee performance or compliance issues.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in automotive guest service and service sales.
• Supervisory or management experience in the automotive industry.
• ASE Service Consultant certification or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with Windows-based software and automotive store applications.
• Current driver's license, an acceptable driving record, and the ability to pass drug screening.
• Ability to remain on foot for most of the workday, occasionally lift more than 50 pounds, drive manual-transmission vehicles, and maintain a brisk pace in a high-volume environment.
