Forensic Project Manager

Location: Fully remote within the United States

Salary: $65,000–$85,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage forensic projects from assignment through final expert report delivery.
• Coordinate communication among insurance carriers, attorneys, property owners, and expert investigators.
• Schedule site inspections, analysis, and report completion with investigators.
• Develop project budgets based on scope, required experts, and inspection geography.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, deliverables, records, and client status updates.
• Review deliverables, escalate issues, and support clear, defensible expert reports.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Project management experience, preferably in engineering, construction, insurance, or a related field.
• Strong organizational, time management, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
• Client-focused, proactive, and capable of solving problems and building stakeholder relationships.

Nice to have

• Experience with insurance claims, litigation support, or forensic investigations.
• Familiarity with technical reports or engineering documentation.
