What you will do

• Produce high-quality structural drawings and Revit models, including complex geometry and parametric families.
• Perform quality control (QC) on own and project modelers' work to ensure construction documents are accurate.
• Execute sprint plans by documenting tasks, estimating hours, and communicating roadblocks to the Project Manager.
• Manage client coordination independently and collaborate with other disciplines regarding design changes.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities to update BIM standards and best practices.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit with strong structural modeling capabilities.
• Working knowledge of BIM standards, modeling procedures, and coordination workflows.
• Strong understanding of structural systems and construction methods.
• Ability to develop detailed structural drawings and construction documentation.
• Must be based in the United States.
