Electrical Project Manager (Healthcare)

Location: Kettering, UK; on-site project and construction activities required

What you will do

• Attend project start-up, site, contractor, and client meetings and manage resulting actions.
• Review project details and specifications, prepare technical submittals, and follow them through approval.
• Raise and manage RFIs, progress reports, variations, labour tracking, scheduling, and project documentation.
• Coordinate the delivery of plant, equipment, labour, and materials to maintain project progress.
• Establish and implement construction and commissioning programmes, including on-site commissioning plans.
• Manage snagging, improvements, handover activities, and project-specific innovation reporting.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as an Electrical Project Manager or in a similar role.
• Experience with substations and high-voltage systems.
• Experience working in live hospital infrastructure and delivering projects in healthcare environments.
• Demonstrated success delivering large-scale projects and supervising teams.
• Qualification in construction or project management is preferred.
