Project Manager (Infrastructure)

Location: Hybrid, with 2–3 days per week at the client site in Helensburgh, UK. Own transport is essential. UK residency and nationality restrictions apply, and SC Clearance is required.

What you will do

• Lead complex infrastructure projects from planning and preparation through commissioning and close out.
• Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, risks and change in line with governance requirements.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, contractors and key stakeholders to achieve project milestones.
• Oversee contract performance, financial forecasting and project reporting.
• Support assurance and review activities while maintaining safe and compliant delivery.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, commercial awareness and proactive risk management.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering infrastructure or construction projects.
• Hands-on construction delivery experience with building services.
• Strong commercial awareness, including the ability to challenge costs, value assessments and delivery approaches.
• Practical experience managing projects under NEC4 contracts, including change management and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience working in collaborative, multi-stakeholder teams.
• SC Clearance and compliance with UK residency and nationality restrictions are required.
