Electrical Project Manager

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of electrical projects from inception through post-delivery service.
• Review sales handoff packages and coordinate structural and electrical design packages with CAD and engineering teams.
• Process customer, engineer, and approval-body feedback; issue CAD redlines and lead quality-control reviews before production.
• Monitor non-stock item lead times, production schedules, deliveries, permits, transportation, and customer schedule updates.
• Coordinate with shop supervisors, site and delivery coordinators, purchasing, estimating, and finance teams.
• Manage post-delivery service tickets and prepare change orders with updated pricing and scope adjustments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering, business management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience preferred, with electrical experience or project management experience on manufacturing, commercial, or industrial electrical projects.
• Knowledge of electrical wiring, components, schematics, and the National Electrical Code (NEC).
• Experience with electrical distribution and controls or automation, including low- and medium-voltage switchgear applications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong verbal, written communication, leadership, multitasking, and project management skills.
• Previous manufacturing experience in transmission and distribution, oil and gas, or sheet metal design is preferred.
